The Memory Care community called Harbor at Orchard Estates is fantastic. The staff is caring, competent, engaged, loving, invested and trustworthy. The activities are fun, varied and perfectly tailored to the community. The team from the director down to the women that clean the rooms are trained and understand how to communicate and redirect behavior and I can sleep at night knowing my mother is in very capable and safe hands.

The care at Orchard Estate of Woodbury is truly exceptional. We moved my mother in law to memory care here when the facility opened, about six months before Covid hit our area, and we've seen the leadership and staff rise to meet every challenge since then. They do a consistently remarkable job to ensure that their residents get the kind of compassionate treatment they'd want their own family members to receive, and they go above and beyond to ensure a warm, positive environment for the residents and their families as well. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism and expertise, and for their genuine concern, day in and day out. Their services are invaluable to us. They are lifesavers in every sense of the word.

I was looking for a facility to care for my sister who was diagnosed with early Alzheimers disease. I wanted her to be in a well maintained facility with a chef who would prepare excellent nutritious meals; with bright common areas and single well appointed rooms. I felt that she needed to be stimulated with a program of planned activities. I was pleased that there was a person at this facility who would introduce a variety of programs for the residents of the memory unit. My sister has been at Orchard Estate since 2019 and even though she has deteriorated in her illness, I am comforted by the fact that she is being well cared by the staff in the Memory Unit. I would like to mention that the director of the Memory Unit is always available to listen to any concerns I might bring up.

Orchard Estate of Woodbury was wonderful. I was amazingly surprised that this facility was everything that I would want. It met all the things I had on my list. The people I saw seemed to be very content. I saw some activities and I saw the living facilities. I saw both the one-bedroom and the studio apartments. They were just what a senior would want. Not too big. Not too small. The care seemed to be well planned. Everything was available for you. In this facility, they don't allow cooking in the rooms except the microwave. There's no stove, but there's a fridge and a microwave, and that would be ample for any adult wanting to take care of themselves somewhat. The person who gave the tour was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She had nothing but praise for everything she showed us. They gave me a menu, which I was very interested in. They gave us a little token quiche when we finished the tour, which was made there, and it was piping hot and delicious. The décor was wonderful. They had decorated already for the holidays, and it looked very inviting. I would recommend that.

I went to the Orchard Estate of Woodbury. There is nothing bad that I could say about that place. It was very clean. It was organized, and it was a very pleasant place to be. The atmosphere was pleasant and cheery. It was not a depressing place. It was just a beautiful place to be. They had organized activities. It was very, very nice. From what I saw, everybody was congenial, pleasant, and helpful.
