I went to Orchard Estate of Woodbury. I like it. It was a contender. It was not that big. The staff was very nice. The place was divided into four different sections, and each section had its own center. What that meant was that the residents didn't have to walk too much. They didn't have kitchens. The place was very nice and very clean. Most residents were not in wheelchairs or anything like that. The smell of the place was nice; it didn't bother me. The dining area was very nice and very private. Because they were divided, they had like six or seven tables, so it wasn't overwhelming for the residents. Parking was very nice. There's plenty of parking. The patio or garden was very nice and very well done.

We toured the Orchard Estate of Woodbury, but they didn't have an opening for my brother-in-law. It seemed very clean, and they had activities. The staff was friendly. However, it was a short visit. The director took us around and showed us the rooms and everything.

I am a resident of Orchard Estate of Woodbury. It's only about three years old and small, maybe a hundred people. They have a lot of activities, and it is near my family. Everything is brand new. It's very clean. They have outdoor walks, and a bus takes you on trips if you want to go to the supermarket and the drugstore. They have exercise classes. If you want to stay in your room, you can stay in your room. They have a dining room, and they have three meals a day. The food could have been better. The staff is very nice. They know everybody by name. The value is a little expensive.

The Memory Care community called Harbor at Orchard Estates is fantastic. The staff is caring, competent, engaged, loving, invested and trustworthy. The activities are fun, varied and perfectly tailored to the community. The team from the director down to the women that clean the rooms are trained and understand how to communicate and redirect behavior and I can sleep at night knowing my mother is in very capable and safe hands.

The care at Orchard Estate of Woodbury is truly exceptional. We moved my mother in law to memory care here when the facility opened, about six months before Covid hit our area, and we've seen the leadership and staff rise to meet every challenge since then. They do a consistently remarkable job to ensure that their residents get the kind of compassionate treatment they'd want their own family members to receive, and they go above and beyond to ensure a warm, positive environment for the residents and their families as well. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism and expertise, and for their genuine concern, day in and day out. Their services are invaluable to us. They are lifesavers in every sense of the word.
