My experience started off a little rocky but with the help of Michelle (in the office) and two of the BEST AIDES possible it has turned into the greatest experience for my father who is ill. . Everyday Mickelson and Excellent come to the house they show nothing but care and concern with my fathers best interested at heart. My father has developed a great bond with them and also enjoys there company.. I would recommend this company .

I had a bryan aide for my husband since June. Two weeks ago she never showed up. I call Bryan and was told they had not heard from her. An aide was sent to cover the next day and I was told he would be our new aide. He showed once and was Never seen again. I called Bryan 3 time that week and was told they would get back to me. They never did. I called again the begining of this week and got the same story. They would get back to me. You are put on hold for at least one half hour and then they hang up. Not a good agency to deal with. .

I am totally dissatisfied with this company, they are unreliable they don't return phone calls and the aide doesn't show up at our house, when she show up it's not on time, my father-in-law is totally handicapped and dealing with this company has been a nightmare I would never recommend them to anyone.

Bryan Skilled Care provided aides for my father at home in the final stage of his life. The office staff could not have been more supportive in their help and direction with all of the paperwork needed. The aides were reliable, kind and caring giving peace to our family. We were blessed to have been able to give such a high level of care to Dad, thanks to Bryan Skilled Care

My Aunt has her private nurse from Bryan Skilled Home Care. She's very happy with her current care giver. She has a nice companion for her. She has had a diagnosis of Alzheimer's, but early, and needs to prepare her meals, do some light cleaning and errands. Everything is going out smoothly with her care giver and we are really happy about it.
