My mother is using in-home care by Care We Love. The care is pretty good, but they don’t have enough staff to cover in case your aide is out. The caregiver my mom has comes on time. She has some problems with things she wants to do or don’t want to do, but for overall care it’s not bad. Management also explained, and corrected it. She has been very nice, and very pleasant. There were no problems in billing.
