The experience I had with Care Choice was like a revolving door. The management came in to sign her up and that was it. I never heard from them again except when I kept calling to find their employer ID number so I could file for taxes. They were very, very uncooperative. I must have called 7 or 8 times for their employer ID number. They were constantly changing caregivers. Each time we had somebody new, I had to take the day of to show them what to do. I was paying for them to be here but I was showing them what to do. I had them for about a year and I probably had 10 caregivers from them. They couldn't deal with Lin. She's the one receiving the care. They had problems with coming on time. Lin had episodes where she screams and cries. One caregiver called me at work and put Lin on the phone. It was one of my co-workers who answered the phone and he was horrified. I round up having to take a leave of absence because of the situation. Their level of care was just terrible. I was very unhappy with them.

The aids came and went like a revolving door. Three years ago, The last aid finally admitted she wasn't who she said she was but worked under a friends name. She was late 10 to 15 minutes every day. One aid couldnt handle the situation and put my screaming sister on the phone which was answered by a coworker. Another aid wouldnt even sit next to my sister. Plus the agency wanted to send a nurse every 2 months, charging 250 for each evaluation.
