We were very satisfied. They were very good. If I needed somebody tomorrow night, I could call them today, and there'd be no problem. They got somebody every time, and they showed up every single time. They were right on the ball. The caregivers were good. I recommend Preferred Homecare. We used them for my mother for a couple of months.
