We went with Guardian Angels for my wife, and so far it has been very good. They don't offer any care that requires an LPN or nurse, and they don't give medicine and shots, but they can supervise you in taking it. They do basic cleaning and running errands for you. One feature I liked was that they will do single days. They're certainly worth checking out, and so far they've always been prompt and done everything that I've asked them to do. I don't have any problems so far with any of the services they offered.

We have used Guardian Angels in home care many, many times and have always found the caregivers to be respectful, caring and gentle with my aging parents. The office staff is easy to work with and has been very accommodating with our erratic schedule. We are so thankful there is a company with integrity that we can trust with our loved ones.

Most of the caregiver are trustworthy and reliable. They have fostered a caring relationship with me and my furry family. However , I feel that administration is less than forthcoming and needs tremendous work. Throughout my contract I was without care givers for hours at a time which is absolutely not acceptable. I wouldn't even get a phone call letting me know problems had arisen. When I would call in I would get put off andthey would say someone would get back to me shortly. It never happened! Therefore the Army is brought down by it's General. Like I said the majority of the caregivers were wonderful!

I hired Guardian Angels Homecare for my aunt. I chose this provider because I know the man who owns this agency and work with him on advisory board. Their service is great. Their caregiver is very nice to my aunt, very friendly and very caring. She takes my aunt to church every Sunday. She is just fine.

They have been so responsive to our needs. A quick phone call and they are able to shift times, provide different services and take care of other issues that come up. Their billing system is so simple. We no longer have to pay each caregiver or deal with various prices for various services. So thankful for them!
