We are very happy about working with SmithLife Homecare. Four mornings a week Mariama helps my husband deal with stiffness and difficulties in getting going. By the time she leaves, he is ready for the day. Equally important is the dedication of the administrative staff. When my husband had a heart procedure this summer, Renan and Steve worked closely with us to plan for unknown complications and be ready with backup assistance. They are always thoroughly kind, flexible and professional. I feel comfortable knowing that I can turn to them whenever something unexpected might arise. I should note that, as a retired lawyer with a graduate certificate in gerontology, my satisfaction is grounded both in knowledge and deep appreciation.

Excellent service. They were very quick to help with my last minute needs of hiring a caregiver for my father. They were very flexible with my schedule changes and helped with 24 hours of care in the beginning and then were able to provide less care when my fathers condition improved. The staff there is very friendly and went to great lengths to make sure our service was going well.

I hired SmithLife Homecare for my husband in Washington DC. His caregiver arrived on time, helped him in and out of car, took him to his Drs. appts when we needed them too. The caregivers were kind and thoughtful. They used the caregiver's car, and they were able to keep Joe safe while getting him to important drs. appt. They could also assist with catheter care when I was not available to do so. The agency was very responsive to our needs. WE appreciated the after hours phone line so we could call at night when there was a change in plans the next day.

I have used SmithLife Homecare 2x now. First time, in April 2019 they took me to my colonoscopy, picked me up waited with me, got me lunch and took me home and tucked me in for a nap afterwards! I was so pleased with the driving caregiver (Blessing) and her kind and gentle touch in the streets, to help me keep from falling as we walked to the Drs. appointments. The caregiver arrived early for the appointment and the office staff & Kathleen were very responsive. Someone called me back with 15 min, to set everything up. The next time I need more care, I will call SmithLife Homecare in Rockville
