Right at Home has been an excellent, tremendous help. The caregivers set up the care based on age, which I thought was great. It’s an older lady working with my mom, and my mom loves her. They have two different caregivers who do everything, like give her meds, bathe her, and take her out. The pricing and value is excellent. If one person that’s scheduled can’t come in, they always have a back up for that person.

We got a caregiver match with Right at Home very quickly. They called me that same day, Friday afternoon, and let me know who it was going to be. We were all set and ready to go for Tuesday. It was quick and wonderful. The caregiver did anything I needed her to do. She did basic meal prep for breakfast and lunch, cleaned my grandfather's immediate area, did his laundry, assisted him with bathing, and provided communication. We had medications in a planner; she made sure he got them and took them. It was wonderful. It was Ms. Latoya who was in. She actually works in the office, but she was able to come to us at the last minute when they had nobody else. She was beyond wonderful. I wish I could have had that lady every single day. I loved her. Towards the end, right before my grandfather passed, we had another very nice and wonderful lady who was also named Latoya. This woman also totally got our situation and what my grandfather liked, just like she knew him. If he wouldn't have passed, I would have called her again.
