My father has lived at The Regent in Wichita for the past 16 months. He has used the services of Interim Healthcare Wichita during this time. The Interim staff is the best. They are efficient, kind and caring. My dad feels as though he has a friend visiting each day when the staff stops by his room. When there has been a health concern with my father, it has been addressed immediately. I can not say enough about the Interim Healthcare staff. They certainly put our families mind at ease knowing our father is being well taken care of each day.

Interim provides care and services for my mother at The Regent. My mom fell at age 95 and broke a hip. Due to her age and previous hip fractures, the injury was not repairable. She now needs a wheelchair for her mobility and independence. Interim staff helped us determine what she could do for herself and what she would need assistance with. Interim has been great! They are reliable, responsive and genuinely caring. My mother could not live in her own apartment if not for the assistance from Interim and The Regent. And, I have peace of mind knowing she's safe and cared for.

My grandmother was very ill and after living independently for many years it was time to move her to assisted living. This was difficult for her as she had lived on her own most of her life. Interim helped her adjust to the new lifestyle and made her feel very comfortable. I am thankful for their staff and the support and care they gave her until the end. They became family to her during that time which was comforting to us since we couldn't be with her all the time.

Interim is the agency to choose. When my mother was sent to the hospital, and it was time for her to go home at Reflection Ridge I was not sure what we would do. I phoned the nurse on a Saturday and she answered, on a Saturday. We had multiple conversations as I had many questions and needed to talk things over with my siblings. She answered all our questions and more. She even made arrangements for my mothers service to start over the weekend while I was out of town. The employees aid my mother with her medication to ensure she is taking it, also check her vitals, and weight daily due to her condition. The nurse is always available for my mother and I. And with her assistance my mother has not had to go back to the hospital. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for help to care for one of their loved ones.

Over six years ago we found it necessary to move our mother to The Regent. We wanted to keep her as independent as possible yet provide care as she needed so she could age in place. From the beginning we contracted with Interim Health care to help Mom with what she needed. Over the six plus years, the assistance she has needed has increased and Interim has helped us every step of the way. Being connected with Interim has not only helped with assistance with daily living needs, but during times when a transition from a hospital stay to returning home to her apartment was made smoother by Interim nurses and aides. Anytime there has been a concern, I have always received a speedy response to my concern. My mother is very happy where she lives and a big part of that has been due to the care Interim nurses and aides are able to provide.

I currently have this agency in my home in the Reflection Ridge Retirement community. The staff is wonderful. They are always there when I need them. The on staff nurse is always willing to answer any questions I have no matter how big or small they are. They have made it possible for me to stay in the home I love.

I met with the Interim staff and learned how they could assist me and my mother to continue to live in the Regent. Interim was the most Professional, compassionate and wonderful agency to start an unfamiliar process, from the first phone call to the Director coming to our home to personally assist me with the process and perform the start of care for my husband, I was blown away. I interviewed several agencies and Interim and their Director surpassed them all, she is so caring, knowledgeable, comforting and goes above and beyond. The care from the aides and customer service is impeccable!!!

I use Interim healthcare services for my grandmother and the care is exceptional care, the office is prompt with responding whenever we have any concerns, changes in care and even whenever we need more or less days of care, The workers are great as well, they all are aware of what to do and customer services is top notch.
