Randi is the best! She assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. She provided compassionate and personalized care to us in our home, ensuring our comfort and well-being are her first priority. Medications were reminded every morning and according to prescribed schedules and documented all of my needs and care I received. She always made sure her duties and responsibilities were done. We always have to tell her to sit down and stop working so hard!! She collaborated with healthcare professionals to implement care plan. She is an example of what a GREAT caregiver should be. She provides emotional support to me and my dad and has always been there for us, even during the most challenging times. She communicates effectively with healthcare team member (my healthcare team) regarding me and my dad's progress or concerns. She is very effective. Manages medical supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed with my incontinence supplies, catheter supplies, and makes sure I always have what I need. She follows infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases within the home. constantly cleaning and using disinfectant and bleach to keep the house sanitary. We stay with Comforcare because of all these great values.

The clients are never number one. The caregivers can do whatever they want and treat your loved ones how they want and they will always protect their employees. I gave the owner a list of problems including verbal abuse. No apology and then was upset because her employee almost quit!

Straight Shooter

I hired ComForCare south to complete house cleaning services. There were issues from the very beginning. First was scheduling, then the first three girls cancelled. They foundgirl someone as a replacement but she arrived approximately an hour before her scheduled shift. She did a good job but did very little in the time she was here. She left for 25+ minute cigarette breaks. And bugged me to do my laundry at a laundromat so she could do hers at the same time which is incredibly inappropriate as clients aren't paying them to get their housework done they arepaid to do ours. The girl insisted on staying longer than her scheduled shift because I had hours available. I ended up finishing her work and pitching in to make sure tasks were completed. As a result I over extended myself and spent the next three days unable to get outof bed. When I told management my concerns, instead of asking if there's anything they can do to help the girl meet my needs, I was asked if I normally cut people out before giving them a chance. I was told they aren't a cleaning service. And told the girls can give reviews on clients too. I'm not in the habit of defending my decisions to those I hire. I suggest you go elsewhere for services instead of here!

We are using ComForCare. They came in and assessed my mom, then showed up that evening with a caregiver. I think they do a good job. The aides were kind, considerate, and thoughtful. I like each one of them. They were what we were looking for. They had a little bit of a problem with their scheduling, but they were able to work it out.

The caregiver that ComForcare provided for us was good and caring. Joy was cooking for me, cleaning my house, and doing my laundry. The management was good at what they do. I had no problem with them. I used them for three or four weeks. I will use them again if needs arise in the future.

We had nothing but good responses for ComForcare. I can say that we received the best care. We have the same girls pretty much all the time. So there hasn't been a lot of turnover. The caregivers have been great. We are pleased with them. We have been using ComForcare for a couple of months now.
