I feel like the quality of cleaning is top-notch. I think my mom is somewhat of a supervisor, so I think that can be tough. I think our person is extremely patient. She tends to want to stand right there and watch what you do. She's been very patient with my mom in that way. She didn't realize how fatigued she was going to be, as she thinks it's just part of being ninety-eight, but she gets pretty exhausted. She definitely needs someone there. My mom is not a person that needs social interaction, but she enjoys the company sometimes.

Having the right caregiver was very helpful since we need someone to make sure he is not doing things he should not be doing since he is recovering from surgery. They would accompany us to the hospital. The agency is fine, in the beginning some of the caregivers were not a good fit for what we needed for care when he was released from the hospital.
