I cannot say enough about them. The communication from the owner to the care from the aides is phenomenal! We have communication nearly everyday with the owner, so willing to be flexible on changing care times, to helping with doctors visits and excellent input on the care needed. "Cheryle and Beth are caring, experienced and extremely responsive to their clients' needs, Care is available 24 hours per day, even able to provide coverage at the last minute when something unexpected arises. Many of the caregivers have years of experience and can help with care strategies and oversight of medications and prescription refills. They can drive and attend doctors' visits which is very helpful. Most caregivers will assist with meal preparation and laundry related to the patient. A few caregivers will go above and beyond, handling light housework, pet care and shopping but they are not required to help beyond the patient's needs so you may find that you still need to hire other household help services. We interviewed several caregivers initially before settling on our primary caregiver. Personality fit is very important to having a successful care scenario. When a caregiver was a not a good fit or did not meet our needs, Home Instead provided another alternative within a few days. Weekend coverage has been the most challenging in terms of being satisfied with the many caregivers we tried. Caregivers always arrived on time and any absences were covered with substitutes so that there was never a gap in care."

"Right At Home has been in my home, helping me care for my Dad since late 2019, when he was 93 They helped him get in & out of the shower, shaved him, fixed his meals & did his laundry. Dad had vascular dementia and CHF, and was on a walker. For the last year was he on oxygen.. These aids were a Godsend to me! Meant I could run errands, go out, do things without having to worry as I knew he was well taken care of in my absence. I could even take a nap! I highly recommend the services they provided and have done so to anyone that asks me about getting care givers, both here in SC and NY & NJ to friends & family. Reliable, caring & personable! They took wonderful care of Dad with me!"

"My Father was blessed the day he found Penchant Home Care. He found folks who treated him like family. Monique's team was always accessible to him even when it wasn't during his scheduled times. For example, when bad weather was forecasted, the folks at Penchant made sure someone was available in case he lost power. He did loose power that day and a Penchant provider was there immediately to get him to safer conditions. "
