Our family is so blessed to have Penchant Home Care Services providing care for our daughter. It is has definitely been a blessing having them as our provider. They staff is always courteous, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Knowing they are with my daughter when I am not, give me a piece of mind while I work or run other errands. My Father was blessed the day he found Penchant Home Care. He found folks who treated him like family. Monique's team was always accessible to him even when it wasn't during his scheduled times. For example, when bad weather was forecasted, the folks at Penchant made sure someone was available in case he lost power. He did loose power that day and a Penchant provider was there immediately to get him to safer conditions.

"So many times in our hurried life we forget to tell others how much we appreciate what they have done for us”. But I don’t want this to be one of those times. My dad has Congenital heart failure, dementia, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, he’s a Cancer survivors and some days he would experience a variety of emotions, forgetfulness, anxiety, can’t hear well (BUT HE Didn’t KNOW IT) and Last but not least, he was 95 years old and still want to think that he was independent, and because of your 7 days a week caring and supportive services, which gave him support for all of his needs. He felt like the world is his oyster….while we (his family know this was not true). We still appreciate the fact that your Aide’s never told him any difference. We the family realize that your helpful services has been busy working 7 days a week for years . Working through all holidays, rain, sleet, snow and hail, if conditions allow you to be there-- And we thank you for that. I think the thing I valued the most about your service was that you recognize that both the client, and the family are already stressed and you go out of your way not to add to that burden. I never had to worry that a referred caregiver would not show up or that you wouldn’t be able to find a replacement caregiver. Your caregivers generally blended into his household ensuring a compatible match, and making things as easy as possibly! On behalf of my family, I want to thank you for your wonderful service over the years.. This is what I know for sure, if I called your office with questions and confusion regarding what could be done for dad at any time no matter the situation. Your staff was very helpful in explaining our options and making me feel secure. I know our schedule wasn't the easiest to work with, but I appreciate your ability to adapt to our needs. It was reassuring to call and know everything was being handled. Our father always had your services and your loyalty until the day he died … Thank you for the loving support you give to our family at my Dad’s Memorial. Thank you again for everything you done for US, Because of you and my dad, he lived in a clean, safe, dependable , and enjoyable lifestyle which made his life easier ."
