Seasons Home Care is a 501©3 non-profit, state licensed Home Care Agency located in Polk County, North Carolina. Services are available to residents of Polk, Henderson and Rutherford counties in North Carolina and upper Greenville and Spartanburg Counties in South Carolina. Regular office hours are 9:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday. However, a staff member is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week and may be reached at Anyone may make a referral for service by simply contacting staff with brief information about the person in need. We will help determine the service(s) needed and assist with eligibility questions to get started. Before services begin, a Registered Nurse will visit the potential client to complete a Free Assessment of Needs and develop a plan of care for the Aide(s) to follow. We employ home care aides (certified and trained) and provide care to individuals within a 25-mile radius of our agency location. All home care aides are insured and bonded. Care is provided by Home Care Aides in the home, hospital, or nursing home setting. Registered Nurses supervise all In-Home Aides. While providing thoughtful assistance, encouragement, and reassurance for clients and families, the Home Care Aide may perform some or all of the following activities: Assist with walking and exercising Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and companionship Transportation for errands, appointments, etc. Medication Monitoring Help with bathing, toileting, dressing, skin and hair care (where available) Services are available for 2-24 hours a day!
