"We are using Home Instead Senior Care for my mom. They are amazing. I called them on a Monday morning, and they came and interviewed my mom on Monday afternoon to find out exactly what type of caregivers we required. By Thursday, I had somebody in place. My mother has advanced-stage dementia. She cannot drive anymore, so she needs a companion to bring her to exercise class, food shopping, the library, and everything that that she needs to do. Unfortunately, my mom has taken a fall, so, right now she is not active. They are just making sure that she is walking with a walker, helping her bathe, and giving general full-time aide. The caregiver is very caring and very understanding. In working with a patient with dementia, you have to have a lot of patience as there is a lot of confusions that arises. I chose them because they sounded like the right fit, and when I am asking questions, I am getting back what I am hoping to hear. They fulfill my expectations. "

"I can't say enough good things about this agency. I live out of state and we met with Pat and his family and decided to have his agency take care of our aunt who was home in need of round the clock care. The 2 woman who have been caring for my aunt have been wonderful. You can tell it is a family run business because they treat their customers like family. We had an emergency the day we brought her home and Pat and his son dropped everything to help us. We are very happy we chose A Gentle Touch:)"

"The agency provides my mom with live-in aides. The aides have been very good and reliable and when my mom was unhappy with one (personality clash - not a level of care issue) the agency was very responsive in finding and providing a replacement. The agency has also been very responsive to any issues that have arisen with mom’s medical status and they have always been able to ensure coverage when one of the regular aides was unable to work, even on short notice over holidays. "I was at my wits end when I needed to find a Home Care agency for my mother back in August of 2020. I had contacted so many agencies for information. Gregg contacted me and took his time to explain to me what his agency was and what they had to offer for my mothers care. I was impressed with the care takers that came over to watch over and assist my mother for 12 hrs a day 7 days a week. My mother connected with Christine and she became part of our family. We were very said when Medicaid was approved and realized that Right at Home was not on the Medicaid list of agencies to choose from. If we could have afforded to keep paying out of pocket we would still have right at home in our home. Professional, caring and dedicated. Thank you for your service. "

"I get the help needed inside the house, but I need the aide to drive my parents to some of the doctors' appointments. However, none of the aides can even do that, and they can't even roll her up and down the ramp. They oversold their capabilities in that respect. The cost is comparable with the other providers. They do light cleaning, help with bathing, walk them around, organize cabinets, and do personal grooming, which is the most important thing. They're very good aides. One of the positive things they do is provide services to on a discount for going back and forth to the hospital and the doctor. They also have a good RN case supervisor."

"Collaborative Home Care has been providing in-home care for my mother, who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I can't say enough good things about the care they've given her and the way they've interacted with my family. They've been super pro-active in many ways, checking in routinely with me and providing updates. This is a really stressful time for all of us, but their concern, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism and kindness have made things so much easier. I'm incredibly impressed and grateful, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, professional in-home care."
