We have been a client of Griswold for 10 years and have been very happy with their assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful whether it is for finding the right aide or in helping with insurance or necessary paperwork. The aides have been kind, caring, and punctual. I have no qualms about recommending them and appreciate all they have done in the care of my husband.

Our ongoing experience with Griswold has been excellent. The staff listened to learn our needs and concerns then provided a great team of caregivers to assist with my 89 year old mother. We have Griswold caregivers seven days a week. We happily refer them to others we know who need in home assistance of caregivers.

I am so glad I hired Griswold to care for my mother. They listened to my needs and wants, listened to my desires for my mother’s care, and then sent the perfect caregiver. She is well-trained and experienced in caring for and talking with a dementia patient. She is pleasant to be around. I don’t worry or stress at all when she’s in attendance. The nicest and most unexpected benefit is that now, when I am with my mother, I can just enjoy our mother-daughter relationship. I no longer have to be checking to make sure everything that needed to happen happened. I no longer have the stress of figuring out what went wrong and trying to fix it because the caregiver has prevented mishaps. I can just enjoy my mother again!

The caregiver from Griswold Home Care was very good. I would use them again. The initial visit to gather information about what we needed was very thorough, and they did a good job of picking someone who would fit well with my mom and work with her well.
