I like that Concierge Care has found the right caregivers for me, who help me due to my lack of vision. They have helped the most with having the caregiver treat me wonderfully, and she fits me very well.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my mother's care. When I signed up I scheduled two appointments and was told I would receive a call providing the caregiver's name. By the day before my appointment I had not received any information, so I called your office and spoke to Susan whom stated she would have to call me back. While she did call back and confirmed the appointment time for the following day and provided the name of the caregiver, fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time I received another call from Susan stating the caregiver would be 45 minutes late. As I had my own appointment to attend this delay was not acceptable. Furthermore, Susan seemed to have no recollection of conversation the previous evening. I chose your company expecting a high level of professional reliability, but this experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend your services based on this interaction.

Two of the caregivers I have right now are exceptional, but they had to do some research to find caregivers that were knowledgeable. They work with me, and the caregivers I have now seemed to have medical knowledge.

The agency is easy to get a hold of, and I like the personnel we work with. I like to go to the gym and the therapy pool. I have a hard time doing that, and the caregiver comes to take me there as long as I want.

I like that they were able to pair us with someone my dad liked and got her on a consistent schedule. They help the most by providing a consistent caregiver who was able to learn all the things needed to care for him.

Concierge Care took care of my Dad when he had his knee surgery and need some additional help while healing. They did a great job. Great communication from the office staff and caring compassionate caregivers.
