If I could give them a zero, I would. They don't communicate, send people ill prepared to do the job, changed caregivers 3 times before sending someone who had no idea what to do. I would never use again. There's so many better companies out there. They're only plus is they are less expensive, but if they don't know what they're doing then it's worthless. Sent a caregiver home 5 hours early because she was clueless, napped and talked on her cell.

I found Levin because it was just situated next door to my drugstore and it was recommended to me. The caregiver was ok and I had the same person coming over. She helped me with the shower, reminded me about my medicine, cooked and did minor house chores. If there's one thing I don't like with the caregiver is the attitude. She was too bossy.
