Complete Home Care is very nice. I had some issues with some of their aides, but they sent new ones who are nice and competent. It's a large company. The gentleman I'm working with, Dean, is lovely. They got me a physician down there that my mother could go to, they helped me get an appointment, and they've just been top-notch. I have an hourly aide for light housekeeping and making sure my mom is showered and fed. The aides take Mom to her physical therapy, so the company provides people who can drive. They also provide meal and transportation assistance.

Complete Home Care is great! I contacted them for a private nurse and was presently surprised that they accept Medicare as well. I was able to have one company provide both. Nurses and aides are wonderful.

Jason came out and met my husband and I. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner of the company would come out the meet us. He listened to our very difficult situation. Jason came up with a plan to cover out nursing needs with Medicare and helped us activate our long term care policy. I didn't even know I had these benefits and could use them at the same time. Needless to say they are true professionals. Everyone they have sent to us have been first class all the way. If I need to adjust anything I just pick up the phone and call Karen and she takes care of if. You can really tell that they are in this business for all the right reasons. Now my husband and I live a much more comfortable life thanks to their help.

Our nurse Marjorie takes such good care of her patients and their families and she also cares about them. She continually goes above and beyond the scope of her duties to ensure we have all the information, explanations , whatever we might need. I truly recognize that Marjorie is a nurses nurse. What she does everyday is why someone wants to become a nurse. I feel truly blessed have her in our life. Marjorie came to us as nurse but she is leaving as a friend. Thank you for everything!

Highly professional company.In very short notice was able to place a wonderful aide to help my mother. She has a long term care policy and they contacted them and took care of everything, seamless transition. Thank you

I would like to thank you for sending nancy and then Donna to see my nursing needs. They were prompt, knowledge, attentive, understanding and caring. I could come up with more adjectives but I think this expresses my feelings. Nancy and Donna are marvelous examples of caring caregivers. 10 out of 10

For 3 years my wife and I dealt with a care agency in California, where we live, that provided care for her father. The caregivers were unprofessional and the agency's management was worse. It was a daily chore to deal with them. That said, we expected little from an agency that we were dealing with long distance. We were, however, more than pleasantly surprised. Complete Home Care provided my mother with outstanding, caring, understanding caregivers--Asine and Mimi--who were able to adapt to my (somewhat difficult) mother, who neither wanted nor thought she needed a caregiver. And my mother eventually adapted to having them care for her. In addition, Complete Home Care's administrative staff was a pleasure to work with. Patrick , who coordinated the care, was incredibly understanding, flexible, and professional, and he was able to find us excellent caregivers on very short notice. He was also great at communicating with us. Importantly, too, the accounting department was equally professional, excellent at communicating, and very efficient in submitting invoices to my mother's long-term care insurance group. Although our experience with Complete Home Care was relatively brief, we couldn't have been more pleased. Highly recommended
