After setting up a call for service, the company wasn't even courteous enough to call me back to tell me they couldn't provide service. Instead, I get a call 15 minutes before the scheduled service call was to be provided to tell me they weren't going to be there (after I called them of course). I then requested the owner return my phone call, she did not have the courtesy to do that either. The company used to be good, but as the years go by on I found I had to make several phone calls just to follow up on my initial request to get service. I would go with another service provider and avoid To the Rescue.

I used them for moving... I feel like I could have people that wanted to do a better or quicker job. It seemed like the front office was a bit disorganized as to schedule and payment/pricing. I know that they fill a lot of people's needs with odd jobs that need to be done, I would NEVER use them again. VERY unprofessional.
