I am not pleased with the care that I have received at all. I have had care for many months now and it first started with them telling me that i would have the same caregiver. Over the months they have sent a total of 10 different people. I don't have care but a few times a week and the caregivers are very inconsistent. Many of the caregivers seem like they could care less about actually helping people and as if I am a bothersome to them. Rhythm Charges an extreme amount for the care that they promised.

They help my wife get a shower and they tidy up. My favorite thing about the agency is that the caregivers do what we wanted them to do.

The agency should have offered more communication and consistency. The agency is discontinuing the service.

They do everything that needs to be done, which makes my life easier. The price should be lower.

They could change the vetting process for their employees. It's very hard to keep employees doing repetitive work. Their skill set is small. They are easy to work with, and they offer two-hour windows.

My grandma is in a the late stages of Alzheimer. She needs 24hr care and I give her that. Their communication is good.

They need to send the same person. Every time they send a new person, I end up doing it all. They can call me back when they're supposed to and tell me who's coming. They tell me who's coming and another one comes.
