Synergy has been very good. Although lately I've had a variety of caregivers, they've all been satisfactory. I only had a couple of experiences that weren't really wonderful but was fixed right away. The caregivers are positive and pleasant. They know what they were doing. Christine is fine. She's been in contact. When I had not been completely satisfied, she fixed the situation. We see her at least once a week. She comes and checks if everything is moving along smoothly. She's really a nice person.

I got online and found Synergy home care. The management seemed very helpful. Christine is the manager and she's been more than willing to bend over backwards to help me find what will work in our particular situation. She's very dependable and patient. We like the aide that we have right now. She's flexible when we have to change schedule.

Living in New Hampshire and being long distance, I didn't have a lot of information. My mother's primary care physician recommended Synergy to us. Their care for my mom was fabulous. I can't say enough nice things about Christine. She went out of her way to find the right match for my mom that would work with her. Christine went our of her way to check on my mom and to make sure that she was happy. Ashley, the person who took care of my mom did a good job. She was kind and made meals for her. When my mom had trouble with a prescription at the pharmacy, she immediately got on the phone with the doctor's office to help my mom. My mom has a voice problem and it's hard for her to communicate on the telephone. Ashley just jumped right in and sorted everything out. She was very pro-active.
