From the very first time George came out to speak with my grandfather and me, this company has gone above and beyond to meet our specific needs. This week, my grandfather had a sudden increase in his needs and Arica in the office scrambled to find the caregivers we needed! All of whom have been exemplary in all aspects from care to communication to punctuality. Bringing a stranger into your home can be a scary thing, it was for us. But Family Matters truly makes it as painless as possible.

This was our first time with external caregivers. Jill from family matters met with us and my mom to help us determine the most appropriate care plan. She aligned mom's needs, likes and personality with an appropriate caregiver who turned it to be an awesome fit. The family room information app was a huge help to those of keeping up with mom's care. The entire experience was very professional and full of caring people. Highly recommend Jill and her team.

FamilyMatters was able to provide care to my 99 y.o. parents in a pinch, and the care givers were kind and nurturing. I especially liked the notes the care giver wrote at the end of a shift. Scott, the person in charge, seemed very much to care about quality of service, following up with phone calls, and willing to take responsibility when any problems arose. I would definitely use them again when the need arises.

When my 98 year old family member broke his hip, that left his wife with Alzheimer’s needing immediate care. Family Matters was able to provide us with an excellent caregiver 24/7. She was very nurturing and the ongoing communication was amazing. It gave us peace of mind that our loved one was receiving the best possible care. They are the most caring organization I have ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend Family Matters.

We reached out to Family Matters to provide care for my 80 year-old father in his home. He lives independently, but needed companionship and also rides to and from the grocery store, library, haircuts etc. Family Matters was able to provide him a quality caregiver who assisted him with these errands and walked dogs with him. If the caregiver was unable to make it on a certain day, they always made sure we had another care provider who could step in for coverage. Family Matters staff are very courteous, reliable, and had great communication with our family. We would not hesitate to recommend them for caregiving.
