It was good that I had somebody out here when I was gone. It is on an as-needed basis. I like the ease of getting a hold of them. Chris in the office is easy to talk to and get scheduling done.

The agency could have had a greater impact on my daily life by providing a caregiver that has a better medical background. The agency could improve by providing better help for people who are disabled.

Every time I have a new person come I have to retrain them. I would like them to send the same caregiver to me all the time.

The company wants my input so that they can adjust the services to fit my life. The company calls to check up on their clients. I love that.

When we get a good one, they do great! However, they always get sent away. They should stop sending caregivers that smoke or are covered in smoke when they get here. I also don't want anyone coming here that have stomach viruses or are on their phone all day. We aren't getting our hours every week.

The most helpful part of the services is that we have someone to help bathe and do light house work. This agency always works with me on getting someone I ask for.

They are all I have. I cannot be up in that apartment to point out things and I am grateful for the ones that sweep up or do whatever. The aides know what to do. The management schedules everything properly.

They did the best they could. They were just providing personal care services after a hospitalization. They could have maybe just a little bit easier process, maybe an online process.

She doesn't own a car or have a driver's license. She cannot get groceries or go to the doctor without the services. I am far away from my mother, and it is nice to know that she has dependable care. I can always reach somebody.

I don't have to worry about the services being provided or worry about the things that need to be done. They could give a little more information about their clients' needs to the caregivers.

The caregivers were trained and knew what they were doing. I got along with them. They were more like family members instead of just strangers. I liked that they communicated very well because they kept us in the loop. If we were not happy with a caregiver, they changed them.

My mom has dementia, so when somebody from BrightStar Care comes, they look after her. Sometimes they fix her something to eat. It gives me relief. It allows me to get out a little bit by having someone I can call and schedule.

I wish I had them more days. I know they are there if I have a problem getting somebody to watch my husband or my mom. We only had one problem where one of the girls didn't show up that day. I've only used them 3 times, and one time they could not get anybody to come out. The girls that were here were very nice. My husband doesn't have to do anything without them. I use them for the times when I have to go do something on my own, but I don't use them on a daily basis.

It is average. They got good workers to show up on time. They just don't call when someone else is coming out. When the worker won't show up, they need to call the client and let them know they are sending someone else out.

They're qualified so they're a big help to her care. We haven't been with them that long and it's been good, although we could some more continuity with the caregivers. We have the same caregiver for the morning, but we need to get the same ones for the evening.

I just asked the agency to get my loved one out of the house, but the caregiver wouldn't interact with my loved one very much. I've asked the agency to do specific things for my loved one, but they don't do those things. I don't think I will be using the services for much longer.

I used them for ten days, and the caregivers only showed up on time twice. I did not have a good experience. They would show up at least an hour late on several occasions. It took me a full week to get someone there to show up on time for my mother, so I didn't keep them for very long. They need to show up on time. I interviewed for an hour with a nurse and told them exactly what I wanted, and they told me that they would match my mother with someone who had similar qualities with her. The caregiver they sent didn't know how to cook, clean, or talk to my mother.
