The caregivers provided to my mom have all been very helpful and take initiative. She was not open to care right away but felt comfortable with our caregiver after having her in the home for just a few days. We are able to reach out to the office and get our questions answered or scheduling changes made promptly. Aside from the care provided, our family has a peace of mind when we can’t be there. We are pleased with our choice to sign up for services through Visiting Angels.

I'm in Tucson and have seen some workers getting irritated with their clients. Having them pay for their things. I can't speak for all employees but seems very rude and unprofessional.

It took me three months to convince my ninety-two-year-old mother to try Visiting Angels. Finally, she agreed to try the service for a month. The month has come and gone several times, and she tells me every time we talk how much she loves what Misty does for her. Debby, the representative, picked the perfect Angel for Mom. The only change I would make is to have started this service sooner. Misty works with Mom on the computer and puts material on a whiteboard so Mom can practice on her own. What a gem Misty is. Thank you Visiting Angels.

My mom has Visiting Angels coming in twice a week to stay with her. She is doing that instead of assisted living option. We have been with them for about a month now. Actually the first caregiver they sent us was a great match already. In general, their caregivers help my mother a lot. Anything my mom needs to do, they do them with her. They do a little bit of cleaning for her, do her laundry, sit and talk with her, take her grocery shopping, etc. That's kind of nice. Having them with my mom takes a load off our mind. We're very happy with them.

Everybody from Visiting Angels is fine. They found a caregiver right away and she is friendly. Right now I'm very happy with the service I have. I would recommend them.
