My sister has lived at Elizabeth Residence Oak Creek for almost 6 years. We are so thankful for the care that our sister receives from the staff. They know her so well, they go above and beyond to make sure she is happy and healthy. The staff turnover is low. The manager has been with this facility the whole time my sister has been there and before. The management and all staff are caring and really know each resident because there are 20 at this time. The facility is growing with an addition that will allow for double the residents and more space for gathering. The parties they have for residents and families are so lovely. The activities that are offered are part of the daily routine to allow residents opportunities every day to stay social and exercise. They offer faith opportunities as well. We utilize the nurse practitioner who comes to the facility to take care of our sister. We will get a referral if needed to get additional care. BUT, her health has been so stable due to the great care that hasn't been needed lately. The outdoor area is lovely, and the residents are encouraged to be outside with staff or family. We are so pleased that our sister is safe and cared for at Elizabeth Residence, Oak Creek.

Elizabeth Residence has nice grounds, but it's an older place. The person that took me around was nice. It’s a small community -- only 18 patients -- and it was not the cleanest place either. The staff seemed to be hard at work, cordial, and maybe a little bit under staffed. This was one of the older places.
