The building is very pretty with a lodge type feel to it. The food was good. A handful of staff was very pleasant and kind. However, Our severe dementia LO was left in her room most days - all day. They administered medication’s at the wrong times. The wrong name was on her medication for three months. They went against doctors, families, and POA wishes for healthcare. They were over 50 violations in three months and when it was brought to their attention in the beginning, they lied about it. The doctor had to write a note telling them to start doing things correctly. They became manipulative and vindictive afterward. Other residents came forward, saying they were threatened by the director to be kicked out if they didn’t do as they were told. Several unauthorized people were let in after security measures were put in place for a reason. After we removed our LO from the Facility , we received some of our security deposit late, our tax forms were late with the wrong name on it and a month of rent missing. The management seems to have a God complex and is very controlling of the residence and their family members. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And if you have a loved one there already I highly suggest you do some deep diving into the health and safety protocol and procedures.

Autumn's Promise was nice but small. The layout was OK, but they had very small closets, so you would have to hang your coats outside in the hallway, and I didn't care for that.

My father was at Autumn’s Promise. The facility is beautiful. The dining room is in the center of the entrance area and they have a nice fireplace. His room had a closet, sink, refrigerator, and his own private bathroom. The staff was fine. We ate there once, and everything looked fine. The overall atmosphere was very nice, very pleasant, and clean.

This is not a facility it is a luxury home for Seniors! We placed my Mom here about a year ago and it was the best decision we could have made. The caregivers are experience and loving and kind. The owners are hands on and take a personal interest in everyone who lives there. The food is fresh and well prepared with very delicious desserts! (According to my Mother) This is a well kept secret in the Green Bay area that needs to known by others who love their parent as much as I do my Mom!

It had an opening so we chose Autumn's Promise for dad. It's a brand new facility that opened up June of last year. The facility itself is just beautiful. Everything is very nice. Rooms are good sized, bathrooms are very nice and big. The staff are very nice, helpful and caring. Food is very good. They have a community and theater room. They have daily and monthly activities. They take them out if they want to and something going on every day. The best thing is the location.
