My father was at Autumn’s Promise. The facility is beautiful. The dining room is in the center of the entrance area and they have a nice fireplace. His room had a closet, sink, refrigerator, and his own private bathroom. The staff was fine. We ate there once, and everything looked fine. The overall atmosphere was very nice, very pleasant, and clean.

Autumn's Promise was nice but small. The layout was OK, but they had very small closets, so you would have to hang your coats outside in the hallway, and I didn't care for that.

This is not a facility it is a luxury home for Seniors! We placed my Mom here about a year ago and it was the best decision we could have made. The caregivers are experience and loving and kind. The owners are hands on and take a personal interest in everyone who lives there. The food is fresh and well prepared with very delicious desserts! (According to my Mother) This is a well kept secret in the Green Bay area that needs to known by others who love their parent as much as I do my Mom!

It had an opening so we chose Autumn's Promise for dad. It's a brand new facility that opened up June of last year. The facility itself is just beautiful. Everything is very nice. Rooms are good sized, bathrooms are very nice and big. The staff are very nice, helpful and caring. Food is very good. They have a community and theater room. They have daily and monthly activities. They take them out if they want to and something going on every day. The best thing is the location.
