We've selected Moraine Ridge for my parents. Our tour was fine and the atmosphere of the community seemed comfortable. The staff who accommodated us did a fine job; they were great. The apartment is being renovated, they're getting new flooring and bathroom facilities so it will be better when it's done. There's underground parking, that's a big deal for my father who's still independent. There were few varieties for meals and there was a big deal for lunch.

My friend and I went to see Moraine Ridge Senior Living. I thought it was very nice and clean. The dining area was kind of dark. The rooms were very nice. They showed us the library, and the exercise room, and then we saw the patio. The staff was very good.

We loved Moraine Ridge Senior Living. It was very clean and the people were very friendly. They were very willing to help you in any way. They seemed happy and they did a lot with the residents. Mom would be a good fit there. The apartment that she will be in is very nice. They re-did everything. She will have new cupboards, new appliances, and doors. They took over this place in 2019 and as people are moving out, they are re-doing them. So, she's going to be in a brand new apartment. They have a large patio with multiple tables and chairs. They exercises every day before lunch where they have chairs set out, and a lady comes in to do exercises with their arms and legs. They also have bingo, painting, art, and puzzles. They do things every day. They have menus to give out every week for all three meals. Breakfast comes with it automatically. You can have lunch and supper with them (you've got to pay extra for that) and the meals looked great.

Moraine Ridge Senior Living is a facility that's very well cared for. Everything was clean and it felt more like an apartment-type complex than the other facility I looked at. It kind of reminded me of my old college days back when I lived in a dorm. They had modernized it though and you could tell that they were changing out a lot of the rooms. They were in the process of upgrading their entire facility. The facility was nice. She showed me a couple of the apartments that were upgraded and they were very nice. I toured the independent living and the person who assisted me was fine. She's very cordial and answered all my questions. She showed me a couple of the apartments, one was in the process of being upgraded, and then another one had just been finished. The amenities there were pretty much the same amenities that you would find at the other location I visited. They had a library and I think they had basic satellite television there. They had wellness and safety checks, and 24/7 health monitoring for those that needed more than just independent living. They also had several individuals that were on staff there, like physical therapists, nursing staff, and caretakers for those that needed that type of care. They had an activity schedule and social and cultural events like the other facility. The facility also had a transportation service so that if somebody needed to go someplace, they could provide that service. They had meals, laundry facilities, and underground parking. I don't know if their cooks are on staff but I'm assuming they are. I never had a chance to experience the food, but they had a menu of what would be available on a given day or given time.

I toured Moraine Ridge Senior Living. For independent living, it was cheaper, but I didn't like the laundry room. They had nice apartments though. They have an exercise/recreation room and a nice library. The upkeep was good. It was a young person who toured us around and she did her best and was very informative.

We went to see Moraine Ridge Senior Living. I saw more of their independent living. The people were nice and they gave us a tour. Everything looked clean and they explained all the rules. We were quite happy with what we saw and what we were told, and that helped us to decide. We saw a 1-bedroom apartment and I don't think it's furnished. We had to pay extra for the utilities, the heating, and so on. I think there was a minimum of one meal provided and we could buy extra meals. The location was good. It was close to shopping and those kinds of things. We liked the general appearance and the friendliness of the people and the staff. If I remember correctly, they had all kinds of activities. They had an exercise room, a party room, and a TV room. It appeared that they had quite a bit of activities.

Moraine Ridge Senior Living was nice. The halls and everything was nice and wide. The room had a kitchenette with it. The staff during the tour was good. They were friendly. They gave me all the information I needed. The atmosphere was good. There was a group playing bingo when we were there, so there was a good social network there for activities to be in a group. They had a list of all the days of different activities, so they had all kinds of different games and outings. There's a bus stop that's not too far from there. If they wanted to take a bus, they could take a bus to downtown. I think they had some community bus there, too. The facility was good. They were clean and they had a library and different places if you wanted to have a quiet time or if you wanted to be in the group activities.

I did a tour of Moraine Ridge Senior Living. It was very good, and very positive, and very friendly. The lady who gave us the tour was very nice and knowledgeable. The rooms were nicely laid out; they have a lot of the features we like. You had choices, so you can keep your costs down. You didn't have to pay for everything you needed or wanted. They offered underground parking, which was nice. With meals, breakfast was always included, and then you had the option of whether you wanted to have lunch and dinner. They would be able to help with having someone to check on him, that's my biggest concern. The location was nice and had a kind of park or yard area. It was convenient, nice, and relaxed. They have big windows from the apartments that you could look out onto the yard; that was very nice. It's not luxurious, but it's a very good value.

We went to Moraine Ridge Senior Living. It was very nice. It's probably an older facility, so it wasn't quite as modern-looking, but it was still pretty nice. The staff who gave us a tour did a good job. It looked like they have a lot of activities going on. The building itself was nice, and they had a nice dining area, too. It was someplace I could see my mom going to. One thing nice about this place, they have an RN on staff, so if my mother needed a little bit more care with her wounds, it would have worked probably pretty nice. The staff was very good and very nice. She gave us a good tour. She did a good job. The whole facility is an older building, so everything is a little bit more worn and not as quite as nice-looking probably, but it was still nice. The rooms were OK. As far as I could tell, the facility looked well kept, clean, and everything. They have a nice big dining area; it looked fine.

We chose the Moraine Ridge Senior Living. My mother-in-law will be moving in on Monday. It was the friendliest and the cleanest. It was very accommodating and clean. They have very large apartments. They're quite large, which surprised me. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette. It's very, very large, so we were shocked. They don't have carpet, which is good for my mother-in-law. They keep the residents active every day. They have activities going on every day and so that's good.

We moved my mother to Moraine Ridge Senior Living. It was very nice, and she will be able to take public assistance in the future and do not need to move. The rooms were really nice, regular apartments, and the bedrooms were larger than what we'd seen in the others. They had bingo, crafts, and they take them out when the weather is nice. They have a couple of lounges, everybody is very oriented to make her feel comfortable. They keep a close eye on her. The food was good, but because of salt restrictions on their diet, it tastes bland until you added salt in it.

My family took a lot of time trying to find this place that felt the most comfortable for my grandmother. We came in unexpectedly and were so glad to see everything that was happening. There was an artist helping so many residents paint while a lady on a harp played for them. That was something that meant so much. The menu looked amazing and the chef came out to talk to us. It seemed like no one stayed in their office. So many people came to talk to us that our questions were answered in one visit. We have been so fortunate to belong to the Moraine family now. It is a great place to be.

After looking at several different facilities for my mother-in-law, we decided upon Moraine Ridge Senior Living. The activities they offer, the menu and the staff and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We are very happy with the services that are offered and her care at Moraine Ridge.

My mother and my father-in-law both live here. They receive very good care. There are many activities for them to do and trips to go on. I know they enjoy doing them . The food is very good (that is what my parents say). If they aren't able to go down to eat they bring the food up to them. There are religious services so they don't have to leave if they don't want to. I am very pleased that we picked this assisted living for our parents.

We went to Moraine Ridge Senior Living, and it was a very nice facility, but it was not as active as we would like the place to be. The outside looks of the facility is really nice; the inside was more like a nursing home. We saw their dining room, and it was nice -- more like a cafeteria style -- but it was not what we were looking for.
