I like it for the activities, they are all well planned. The person who runs the activities is wonderful. The food is number one though. The rooms are clean, my 1 bedroom has a lot of space for furniture and my plants! There is great windows and lighting in the room.

I toured Brookview Meadows. I liked everything about it. The way it was set up, they were well prepared. Everything seemed to be in order. The facilities were very clean and very well-kept. They have planned activities for the residents. They had good facilities, too. The apartments were very adequate in size. They had all the necessities like easy underground parking and storage facilities. As for the food, it was very good.

I toured the assisted living facility and felt it was a good fit for my mother. We put down the deposit and then my mother passed away. We have been trying since November 29, 2023 to have the deposit returned. I have been stalled with various excuses and now the business department is not returning my calls. If a deposit is required to hold a place in line, then there should be a system for returning the deposit in a timely manner.

I toured Brookview Meadows. The apartments were very nice. The pricing was pretty much in line with everything. They were not a CBRF. They had parking that was underground. The facility was very nice. Laura (who gave the tour) did a very nice job. I saw the dining area, and it was very nice. They had a very nice big patio. You could go out there and you could even reserve it if you wanted to have a birthday party or something there for the family. It was very nice, very sunny and friendly. It was a very nice facility. They took good care of it. However, they were just too far away. So besides not being a CBRF, they were way too far away from me.

We had a very nice tour of Brookview Meadows, and we met a gal named Erika. We found the place to be very open and very nice as we went through. The facilities were very, very nice. I think one of the advantages was that they offered breakfast for all residents. And then you had more variety in deciding whether you wanted to join in for dinners or lunches or if you're going to make food in your own place. They've got underground parking, which was very nice. It was easy to get to. The grounds were very beautiful. They had a pool and they would listen to the members if the members would like to have somebody come in and organize some water exercise. They offered a lot of trips for people to go places and shop. They were very accommodating. When I made phone calls there asking questions, they seemed to be very knowledgeable staff. The amenities were very nice. It was very well decorated and very clean.

We had a tour at Brookview Meadows and we enjoyed it very much. Erika was the one who gave us the tour and she was very pleasant. The place was very clean. The apartments were very nice, and we were interested in the 2-bedroom apartment. They had an exercise room, a pool, and a library.

Brookview Meadows was very nice. It felt very welcoming and very safe. The apartment was beautiful. There was one young lady that helped me and she was very, very nice and very helpful. She made me feel secure that if my mom was there, she'd get really good care. My mom is very religious, and they have a spot for her to attend services, and I thought that would be nice.

Brookview Meadows was very beautiful and updated. The woman who took us through seemed to know everybody by name, and they knew her by name. The apartment that they showed us was staged, so no furniture came with it, but the setup is really cute. There was a very nice kitchen. They have an active activity schedule. They have a bistro. They order what they want, and then servers bring them the food. The food looked like restaurant-quality food. The dining area was nice. It was set up like a restaurant. The staff was amazing. She was helpful, friendly, and informed, and answered all of our questions. They have a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and an exercise room. In their lobby, they have a huge cage with parakeets in it. A lot of the units either have a patio or a balcony that is screened in, and they have bird feeders outside so that people can watch the wildlife in the area.

Brookview Meadows was in excellent condition. I went on a weekend and a girl took me around, showed me the rooms, and told me all the benefits. It is real nice, but she didn't know much. They called me the following Monday, so I could ask some questions and that's where I found out that they don't accept government funding. It is a pretty brand new place. Everything was in A1 shape, and it's huge. They also serve meals three times a day.

We toured Brookview Meadows. We met Erica for our appointment. She was wonderful. I didn't feel pushed. She was very informative. The building itself was very clean. I was very impressed. I would like my dad to live there, but I have to see what else is available. There was only one room for the staff to share with us that was not occupied. It was in the middle of getting refurbished for the next person to move in, so that was kind of good to see. We only talked about one bedroom and that's all we want. During the walkthrough, we didn't see very many residents and I made a comment about that, and they said, 'Oh, it's Wal-Mart Day! You won't see them.' I was surprised no one milling in the hallways or no one sitting in the dining room. It was mid-morning and it was like, 'People had to be busy,' so that's a good thing. The dining area is beautiful. The food they were preparing for lunch smelled delicious. If it tastes as good as it smelled, that's a big plus. The staff also showed us the pool area and a sun porch looking over a conservatory. Then we looked out the window and we could see a walking path that they have. My dad is a bike rider, and he rides a three-wheeler. I asked if he could ride it on the path and she says, 'I don't see why not.' We saw an activity room that was set up for the morning exercise, but then in the afternoon, they were going to have Yahtzee after lunch at a particular time. She showed us a calendar of activities. All I have to say is 'Wow!' If someone doesn't have something to do with there, it's their own fault because they're not social. It's also a beautiful location. The staff were very friendly. I have one concern, there's only one elevator for the whole place. I don't know how many people live there, but I was thinking if you were at the very end of a hallway, and you walk with a walker or a cane, I think that's pretty far for them to walk unless they get help.

I toured the Brookview Meadows independent living. I didn't dislike the appearance of the place. It was very clean, organized, and looked like it was pretty much up to date. It wasn't an old facility by any means. You could tell that they keep it up. Of the facilities that I visited, if I was going to go and live in one of these facilities, it would have been Brookview. The person who assisted me during the tour was very polite. I believe her name was Erica, she was the sales and marketing director, and she gave me a Cook's tour of everything, answered all of my questions, and showed me a couple of the available apartments that were there. They have a waitlist of about a year and that was the only downside. To be placed on the waitlist, you had to pay $500. I didn't eat there, but I know they have their own weekly menu and she told me they had cooks on staff so this is something that they do regularly. I have a folder that she provided with all the information with regards to their meals and they've got a menu for every day of the week. They had physical therapy there but that wasn't for independent living. They also have a workout area, a TV, and a dining room. Everything was very clean. They're still under COVID protocols so everybody was required to wear a mask.

We looked at Brookview Meadows. The building would be considered a nice building. It was nice, but they didn't go as far in the care. We didn't get to work with the staff, and we just had a lady who showed us around and she was very nice. They pretty much have the normal games as for activities. The rooms were nice. They just don't go as far into the level of care. They'll take care of you, but they don't assist people with lifts. And then once you run out of money, they don't accept Medicaid and you're out. It looked like it was clean but it's getting to be an older building.

We have toured Brookview Meadows. We have our names on the waiting list there. It was our first choice. It was very appealing to us. It was something we would enjoy living there, and it just seemed very welcoming. The staff that we had interaction with were very competent and very polite. I was not too interested in the activities they had to offer, but I was interested in the location and the surroundings. They have a library and a swimming pool, which is also a plus in my book.

Brookview Meadows is really pleasant. I've only been here about ten days, but everybody seems to be satisfied with their situation, so that makes me pretty comfortable with it. It's in an area that's quite busy. In other words, there are just a number of places within walking distance that we can go to get lunch and things like that, so there's a lot of activity in the area. Most of the other places that I looked at were kind of in a rural setting, and that's not what I wanted. The staff seems to be trained to treat their residents very well. They remember our names and they're always pleasant. The food's good; it's delicious. I think the maintenance people do a wonderful job because the facilities are really clean and shiny. If I look at the area, the cost is probably expensive, but if I look at a wider aspect, like statewide, it's probably a very competitive price, so it's a good value.

I've been to Brookview Meadows several times. We've already rented our unit, and we're moving in tomorrow. It's a very clean and neat place. They have not had one case of COVID through this whole pandemic, so they are very careful and very caring about everybody. They are wonderful people to work with, and my wife and I are very happy with them. They have meals available if you want them, a swimming pool, and all the amenities that you could possibly want.

We visited Brookview Meadows in Green Bay to see a friend of my wife's. The facility is excellent and the lady we visited said that they have a pool and an exercise area. She loves the facility. It's beautiful and nice but it's a little older than some of the other ones I've seen.

My daughter toured all over Green Bay and we came to Brookview and thought, "Oh, my gosh, I get to live here!" Five years later and I still tell everyone I love it. When we toured, we had lunch and the residents were so nice, telling us how much they loved it here! It's better than my house.

Having 3 family members (mother, sister and Uncle) residing at Brookview since 2009 I can't say enough about how excellent the staff and facility has been. They have so many in house activities for residents and their family's along with excursions to shopping, dining and entertainment outside of the residence. The staff has always been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. It is reassuring to know our loved ones are in a safe clean community.

Brookview Meadows is very nice and clean, and we put our name on the waiting list. We saw two different apartments; they were very nice, but it's a little bit pricey. Otherwise, it was everything that we would need. It was independent living, but as you have additional needs they come right to your room, so you don't have to move. I really liked that. Everybody was friendly, helpful, it was in a nice location, and I think we would be happy there. They have activities. They have a dining room, church services, bible study, and a lot of things going on. The menu looked good, but I did not taste the food.

Brookview Meadows is at the top of our list. It is a beautiful place. It looks out onto the woods in the back, and in the front, there is a parking lot. All the apartments we looked at were on the back. Everything had a screened-in porch, patio, or deck in every apartment. We looked at a two-bedroom-two-bath. The halls were nice and wide. The meeting rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The food was fantastic. They did not have a woodworking shop, but any other things that you want to do, you could do. They also have shopping trips to wherever you wanted to go. The staff was excellent. Brookview Meadows was on the top of our list because of the age of the building, the size of the community spaces, the nice hallways, and the libraries. The price point was excellent too for what you got. I would have expected that to be the second highest priced one we looked at, but it wasn't. It was actually the most reasonable.

Brookview Meadows had everything that we want. It's pretty nice, but they didn't have any openings yet. They had cards, swimming, and exercise. The staff was very good. It's a very good facility. They don't have much turnover.

I thought the Brookview Meadows was great, and I would be very comfortable having Mom live there. I saw a meal prepared, and I talked to the cook. I saw the common rooms, and the craft room, and the rooms overall seemed very well equipped. They had a very nice outdoor patio on the second floor, and that was very nice.

I liked the general feeling of Brookview Meadows and the floor plans. It had one of the best floor plans where you either get a patio or a roomy balcony. They had crafts and lectures now and then and transportation if you need it for a doctor's appointment. They had someone come in and clean and meals that you could buy into or not; you can either buy a meal or meal packages. The staff is excellent, well informed, very polite, and friendly.

I visited Brookview Meadows. I thought they were excellent. Everything was immaculate. It had spacious rooms. They had extremely nice people. The person whom I met was very knowledgeable and I was just impressed by the whole facility. The residents were happy and content. They had a game room. I would very likely recommend them. The dining area was beautiful, very roomy, and very spacious.

Brookview Meadows was very nice, luxurious, and clean. Most rooms included a patio. The one that I was shown was pretty nice. I think it would be great for someone that is more elderly than myself, not that I might not enjoy it. I think there was assisted living. Everything all together would be more than than I could afford. I was given the offer to come back and contact them to possibly dine and experience some other things.

Brookview Meadows is a well-run facility. My only concern is the distance from the apartments to the dining room and the social hall. For my dad, who uses a walker, that’s going to be a problem. They have a small pool and a small library. It just seems like a very nice facility. They have a fair amount of activities on their calendar.

Brookview Meadows’ facilities are really nice although the rooms were smaller. They were doing a lot of remodeling and they are upgrading everything. But it was very good. The people were so friendly. They make you feel comfortable; I felt comfortable in that place. They have very good food; there’s plenty of food to eat. The residents are enjoying their meals.
