"We chose this facility for our loved one because of her insurance and she went to this place for her respite. This is a very nice facility. She lives in a small apartment where everything she needs is there: a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and dining room. It also has a living room where her bed is at. This is nice for the family to gather in when we visit her. I am very satisfied with the care the staff is giving to my loved one. They provide her with all that she needs. They're doing a great job, I will recommend this place. "

"My brother was transferred to cherry meadows hospice. I live in door county and have traveled to see him every day. The staff is awesome. The staff made sure everyday I had a meal and the food was very good. The staff and pastors on site were amazing. Always cheerful. Always happy to answer any questions. The care my brother received was excellent. They made sure he was comfortable at all times."

"The staff here is extremely caring and helpful. The facilities are fairly new and the center is located in a very woody, quiet part of the city. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the private rooms and the communal areas. Residents have many options for entertainment -- there are clubs that residents can participate in and there is a park across the street as well. As far as medical care, the center is adjacent to a clinic so a full medical staff is easily reachable. There are also two hospitals within a 10 mile radius. This is a center in a small town, so the community is involved, especially around the holidays."

"Unity’s Care Companions program has been so wonderful ! They are so skilled and caring! My parents have received such amazing care, compassion support and assistance! They have great communication with me and my sister so we know how things are going and what they have done. The caregivers communicate well with one another also, so everyone is on the same page. I highly recommend them!"

"We're with Bristol Hospice Green Bay, and it was a good choice. Our family doctor has recommended this hospice. It's been about three weeks now, and it has worked well. A nurse's aide comes in five days a week and helps with dressing, bathing, doing my husband's teeth, shaving, haircut (as he needs it), and minor housekeeping. She's not a housekeeper, but she will help with things if I need it. For example, she changes the bed and does the laundry for me. A nurse comes in twice a week and checks blood pressure, temperature, heart, lungs, and looks at the areas where he has a problem. He has edema in his legs and that type of thing. I can have a social worker come in one or two days a week, but I haven't really "used" her, so to speak. They have a pastor that'll come in one or two days a week. They have supplied us with the things that we need to make care easier for him. They provided a commode, which makes toileting easier for him. We have a wheelchair here, but our wheelchair is too big and clunky for our living facility. They have ordered a transport wheelchair. They have been able to assist with other little things, like the vinyl gloves, the disposable washcloths, and chair pads. I don't have any negatives. The people that are here are always good natured and always personable. Right now, I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. When I thought we had a problem, they addressed it immediately. They tried to fix it, and we think we have it fixed. We're dealing with both the nurse and the CNA routinely. My husband likes them. They're engaged with him. They're always in a good mood and always patient. It's a positive experience. I have no reservations in my recommendation."
