"I moved into Golden Venture Apartments. The price and the location were right, so I grabbed it as soon as I could. I'm just as happy as I can be here. I am in an efficiency apartment, which is quite small. But as long as I can get things in here and still live, that's all that matters to me. Everything is very well arranged, and everything works. I keep myself busy by doing crafts. They play bingo. We make our own food. This is a security-locked building, so we don't have to worry about people coming in and disturbing us, and that's good. I've had a lot of help from these people. They could use better cleanliness. Everything in this apartment is included, like heat, water, utilities, and cable. They go according to your income. I'm very happy."

"We are choosing Primrose of Appleton for my mom because it's very nice, the staff seems informative and it just seemed like a good fit. Their dining room is spacious and they're still working on how they're going to be using it during the COVID because right now the residents are eating in their apartments. The staff is caring and accommodating. They have a movie theater, a chapel, an exercise room, they have large group and small group activities, and coffee klatch."

With the help of the Director Nick M. and his Staff they have made this transition extremely easy and made my spouse and myself comfortable. Doing all this during the pandemic was also a struggle but again the staff made this almost a walk in the park doing so many things for me. "We considered Renaissance because it has a very classic, upscale ambiance with really pretty furnishings. It was really pretty, clean, and well-maintained, and the rooms were very nice and classic. The people were very friendly, busy, and took time out to talk to you. I think she will be very comfortable there. "

It was very beautiful, clean, and you can see all the outside space with a walking area just from the windows. They also had a lot of places to sit. It's just very inviting. They had a large dining area, and I thought it was great that they could use it if they wanted to, to have a party or anything like that. In the summer, they have little bands that come in and play in the courtyard, they also have a rec room, a pool table with a little fitness area, plus they can use the three-season room to sit at and play cribbage or whatever."

She was the first resident and there's only 20 people in there. The cabinets in the room are way too small. They're very narrow so you can't really fit anything in them. The air-conditioner is very annoying and very loud. I don't know long it will last looking nice because I don't think it's the highest quality, but it looks very nice."

"My grandpa lives in this facility. Our family has been very impressed with the services he has been receiving. He has consistent nurses that check in on him in a timely manner. This allows my grandpa to form relationships with the nurses that are taking care of him. Additionally, it has a very comfortable atmosphere that allows my grandpa to feel as though he is living his everyday life. The staff is extremely friendly and our family is beginning to develop personal relationships with the caregivers. Also, the manager of the residence does his best to visit him on a weekly basis and check on his progress. This allows my grandpa to feel very welcomed and part of the community. Our family feels very strong that we have chosen the right home for him and would highly recommend this residence. "

"Touchmark on West Prospect was very nice and very complete. They did have a lot to offer as far as services, but it was too expensive. They have apartments. The staff is very nice, very helpful. They did have a restaurant cafe there, a gym, a pool, and organized entertainment. So whether it was like exercise classes that are going on, a field trip type of thing, they had a lot to offer as far as that goes."

"Bayside Senior Living was very nice. The rooms were good sizes. They had all the features I'm looking for. We didn't meet any of the people that live there, but the person who gave the tour was great. The facility is handicapped, so it is really nice. They have a community room. They have an exercise room. They have a game and computer room. There is an outside area for a patio, and there is also an inside area if you want to sit by the fireplace in the winter. It pretty much has everything that we need. We've filled out the application, but we don't know for sure yet. We like it a lot."
