My grandmother has moved to Eagle Point Senior Living. We chose this place because there were a lot of staff around, so it made me feel like my grandma would readily be able to see someone if she needed it. They would deliver meals to her room, and it seemed to be a happy community. They have a beauty shop, they have a library, they have an exercise center, and happy hour, and they allow cats. It's located on the river, and they also have memory care across the street.

Eagle Point Senior Living was a beautiful facility. It was gorgeous. You can't beat the views and the quality of workmanship that was done on the building. It's right on the river and there are walking paths around. There are outdoor fire pits. It's just really, really nice. The rooms are nice. It's like a small apartment. The person who gave the tour was good. She was knowledgeable and she was able to answer the questions we had.

Eagle Point Senior Living was gorgeous, and they were very accommodating, and they had numerous services. It was an awesome place. It had the scenic views of the river. It was almost like too luxurious for our father, that's why we ended up not staying there. The apartment was very spacious and very well thought out. It was great. You couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a two-bedroom, two-bath, and it had its own stackable washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. It was super nice. Everything looked very well maintained and everything was clean. It looked like they took care of the place quite well. They had a workout facility and a place to get your haircut, they had different classes available, like movement type classes, and they had this gorgeous large TV room where they could have a movie night. They had everything imaginable. It was definitely a resort type of facility.

Eagle Point Senior Living was very nice. It appeared to be well kept and friendly. The reason we didn't choose that one is it seemed like it was more formal than what my mother-in-law would've been comfortable with. She's more into casual attire, and it didn't look that she would be as relaxed there. They had very good follow up to the visit.

Building is relatively new Sept 2018 and residents each have their own apartment. The costs keeping going up year after year - over 10% in 2021. Care Staff & Registered Nurse turnover is very high, therefore no consistency in care. Caregivers need better training, more empathy & compassion with AL residents.

My mother is at Eagle Pointe right now. It has a little putting green, physical therapy, and an exercise room. It is expensive. The staff is very accommodating. It's brand new and very clean. She was the first resident and there's only 20 people in there. The cabinets in the room are way too small. They're very narrow so you can't really fit anything in them. The air-conditioner is very annoying and very loud. I don't know long it will last looking nice because I don't think it's the highest quality, but it looks very nice.

My grandmother is in assisted living at Eagle Point Senior Living. It's very nice, luxurious, and has an excellent staff. They all have their own apartments and everything is included. They have lots of stuff for them to do like pet therapy, bingo, movie nights, and football games. The food is excellent. My grandmother is very happy with the price.
