The rooms are adequate. The food is awful. There are no activities. There are no housekeepers. I couldn't get help with anything. They constantly messed up my medications and towards the end of my stay they didn't have my medications. Some staff were nice, most were abusive. Glad I left

Apple Creek Place employs a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator that provides meaningful activities to residents based on their needs and interests. Activities include: morning stretches, memory games, bean bag toss, group physical therapy, happy hour, and music therapy. Staff also engage memory care residents one-on-one to help redirect wandering, and cope with confusion and sun downing.
