I went to Care Partners Assisted Living in Hortonville. The setting is beautiful. There are plants and fountains out the windows, and there are patios. It's in a very, very nice area with lots of land. It's not like in the neighborhood. It's got land around it. The director was thorough in her tour, totally knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. When I called her back since then, she answered all my questions. They have a craft room. They have movies with popcorn and soda. According to the neighbors and people I know, the high school, middle school, and grade school come in. They try to get somebody in once a month to do some little performance or something for the people in the assisted living so that they have some kind of entertainment.

The facility offers a secure and home-like environment for our residents. It is located near medical facilities, as well as numerous shopping, dining, and recreational facilities. The facility provides our residents with a warm, dignified and caring atmosphere by recognizing the special needs of each and every resident. We have experienced staff to provide security and supervision at all times with our main goal being to assure each resident of living life to the fullest of their capabilities.
Our Hortonville facility strives to provide care and services in a manner that the resident is encouraged to move toward functional independence in daily living or to continue functioning as independently as possible.
