The structure at RidgeStone Village was like a big square and the apartments went around the open area in the middle and so my mom felt it was too confusing to try to get around there, but the facility is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful. They have activities going on every day and the staff checks on the residents to see if they want to play games.

I moved my Mother here, against her better judgment, and she truly was very happy from the first night on ~ for over five years! The owner only hires those that really want to share their life with the elderly and most staff has been there for years. Mom truly felt this was "her home" and their care helped to give me five good years with my mother, which I know I would not have had otherwise, before her Alzheimer's and other serious health concerns made a move to a skilled nursing facility necessary. I highly recommend that you include Ridgestone Village in your search for the perfect home for your loved one. I think you will find, as I did, that this Assisted Living home is as close to perfect as we can hope for. I will be more than happy to speak with anyone that wishes about my and my mother's experience at Ridgestone Village.
