The staff at the Heathers Senior Homes of Ringwood were all very helpful. The only thing that stopped us from choosing them was the location of the room. We didn't feel it was conducive for what we were looking for. Everybody was in their room or something, so I didn't see people engaging in anything. I think they just had lunch, so they probably all went for their naps.

The tour I had at The Heathers Senior Homes of Ringwood was very informative. The staff was very kind and very personable. It was a very small place, and the rooms were very simple, basic rooms. There were only 4 residents at the time, but this place seemed warm and caring.
