My wife will be moving into Elizabeth Residence. I liked the size of the units, and they seem to have things covered 24 hours a day. The residents are always in view of some staff members. The staffs seem to be very personable. They didn't seem to be overwhelmed by the size of the clientele. They have lots of activities and a broad range of variety of activities. They have board games and crafts, and activities for more social, interactive, or group entertainment. They have a couple of different areas for sitting and lounging, with a large screen TV for those who might have had a different taste, maybe to someone who wants to watch a game or someone who would rather watch a movie. I did not take a look at the grounds. All of what I had a look at was the interior. The approach from the parking lot appear that the grounds were well kept. The rooms were surprisingly large. They appear to be well kept. The staff seems to be again warm, responsive, and available. They all seem to have their special areas of expertise. They appear to be warm and friendly, and I didn't notice any senior citizens that appeared to be in distress or complaining.

Elizabeth Residence was very nice. It may not be as vibrant or new as the other community, but in terms of convenience, it was a very appealing option for us. They had very comfortable and nice accommodations. The rooms are not as new but it would be a very pleasant option for my mom. The staff was extremely helpful, very comfortable, and pleasant to work with.

Elizabeth Residence was right on the freeway. There was hardly any grassy places around, and you could only have pets if you live in a particular wing, which was full. The apartments were small, and some were up-to-date and some haven’t been done. Some hadn’t had new carpet or hadn’t had new fixtures. If you didn’t have a pet, you wouldn’t worry about it. There was a lack of garden space and a lack of aesthetic grounds, but if that doesn’t matter to you, then it would be nice. But for me personally, it wouldn’t do for me. It was an attractive residence from the outside ,and inside, it is not bad either. It’s just where it is. It is right on an entrance to the I-43 going north, and you never get away from the traffic noise. Then it is between the freeway and Northport Washington road, which is a very busy road and is one of the main arteries other than the freeway going North-South. The apartments were the smallest that I’ve seen. And they are not really pet-friendly because you cannot go in there and be allowed to get a pet. You have to get on a waiting list to get into this specific wing, and that could take ages. It is not a large community at all, so you don’t have very many vacancies.

Elizabeth Residence is beautifully decorated, they’ve got a top-notch chef, and it just seemed really comfortable. It’s not overly pricey, the rooms are spacious and nice, and the staff seem really good. I’m due for a second investigation.

After searching many places for my father with no success, I was told to check out Elizabeth Residence (a little hidden secret in a residential area in Bayside). When we walked in the door you immediately felt welcome. Dad's transition was very good. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They have plenty of activities, services and entertainment. The food is excellent too. After being there 6 months he continually tells me "you couldn't have found me a better place to live." Hearing that over and over again insures me I made the right decision for my Father. He does deserve the best and this is the BEST place for him.

I visited Elizabeth Residence because we received a recommendation from some friends to check them out because they are also a complete continuing care facility. It was structured a little bit differently than where mom is. They have smaller housing units, which I thought is marvelous. I thought the facility was outstanding, but they have such a very long waiting list to get in there. I was there during mealtime, and it looked completely appropriate
