So I go in and visit my mother because they wouldn't answer the phone. I go into the facility there sitting on the couch playing with their phones. They told call back they didn't give the phone to my mother. Lazy people. Two people were passing out medications I called they told me they give the phone to my mom so I has go into the facility. They need to hire people who are movatied to work

When we first placed my mom there, I loved the facility and staff. they were attentive and communicated well. mom was there 8 months and then a new administrator was appointed. she stated in a meeting that she had no experience it was her first job as a director. most of the previous staff quit, new staff was unfriendly. everything seemed to go downhill at the facility. my mom became very sick and i was not notified by anyone at care partners. my mom passed away and the administrator did not notify me. the last two months of my mom's life, she couldnt chew foods and was suppose to have soft food diet and they gave her a sandwich on dry bread. the private rooms are nice and large with private bath and walk in shower. the activity director was a gem.

No doors that stay open for handicapped people. No roof over drop off or pick up area. Most of all do not trust managerial staff.

1 thing that caught me off guard is that staff will sit and watch tv or sleep on the job..... Total turn off for a care facility.

Care Partners Assisted Living in Appleton is a very nice place. We got a good feeling about the place and it was positive. The staff was very good. It seemed like they have a good assortment of activities.

My mother was a resident of Care Partners on French Road, this facility is all show and no substance. The facility is understaffed, and poorly trained. During the 8 months that mom was a resident, there were 3 managerial changes, and each week bought staff changes. Communication between staff and family is nonexistent. Simple, basic things like depends changing, oral care, help with eating do not happen.

My mother was a resident of Care Partners. They did not have enough help and didn't follow through things they say they were going to do, like follow up on her meds. The cleanliness was good. The food was better some days than others. They didn't really set up the place well for the handicapped. They don't have a roof under which to drop off people and pick up nor doors that can stay open if you're bringing them in and out. They had good activities, a salon, and a room where they played cards, bingo, crafts, church, read, and put puzzles together.
