My sister has moved into Chandler House. The staff is very kind, caring, and welcoming. It's very clean and organized. It's a lovely place. I only saw the little house where my sister lives. I saw the common room and the dining room, and her bedroom, and I met three staff members. It has individual bedrooms that branch off from the main area. There are six residents per little house, because there are multiple houses as part of the facility. There is a little outdoor area with a seating area just outside of the dining room, which is just next to the common sitting room. They provide three meals a day. It's a relatively new facility. It's good value for the money.

My dad is at Chandler House and my overall experience was fantastic. With my dad, the quality of care was much more important than amenities at a facility. Chandler House was just great for that. Their staff had been there for a time. They were very caring, very open to our questions, and we came away feeling very positive about moving dad to that facility. And since that time, we have been incredibly pleased. I was not able to try their food. We were able to see what the whole menu was and everything. The time of the day that we were there was in between meals and so we weren't able to taste the food. But since then, we've been there at mealtime and the food looks to be very good and my dad looks great. So, he seems to be enjoying the meal plan. The facility is very nice. I would probably say a four because I have looked at other facilities that are newer and provide more amenities. But it is clean. They have an activity calendar. My dad is in late-stage senile dementia, and so most of the activities that are taking place at the facility are not appropriate for him just because we were able to keep him at home until very late in his dementia. We feel very pleased. I think the quality of care is what has best met our expectations and that's what we were after. It was high-quality care, and my dad looks great and seems to be doing very well under their care.

Chandler House was like my mother’s second home. She loved the caretakers there and they loved her as well. I’ll be eternally grateful for the extraordinary manner they cared for her. Thanks to the professional staff at Chandler House, I’m sure my mother was able to enjoy many additional years of quality life. Thank you again!

Chandler House showed a lot of care for my father. They worked with the family very closely on medications. They assist or take care of getting him to and from a doctor. The security and the health care are great. There's an on-site nurse 24/7. It's very clean, and the food seems to be good. We're very pleased with it.
