My aunt will be moving into New Westside Terrace. What I liked the best about it was it felt homier than the other places we toured. The staff was nice. We saw several rooms of different sizes, some were just recently moved out of, and some weren't. Because of where the building is, some of the views are not the best from where the rooms are located, but with the layout, things are easy to get around in. There is a lot of storage. They provide nurse sitting, showers, and services that we needed for my aunt. They're working on the rooms as people move out. They're putting in new flooring and painting as people come and go.

My sister has been taken care of very well at New Westside Terrace and she's been doing good. They do a good job and my sister likes it there. The staff is very nice, they're all very friendly, and they're always there to help. It's all pretty nice.
