The facility is located in a quiet rural farming area. There are a variety of farm animals there, but fenced off for safety in the next lot. The building is a large ranch style home that has about eight rooms. The 24-hour staff there doesn't seem to have much medical knowledge, besides what they read off their daily tasks list. Granted, all the staff I've met there appear to have a sincere concern for their residents and a registered nurse does make visits to check up on their health.Overall, I think the care is acceptable and safe. Although, there doesn't appear to be very much for the residents to do. They do go on group trips about once a month and they have social workers who come to visit on a one-on-one basis every few weeks or so, have TV, playing cards, and board games, but it just seems that everybody is very bored. Also since the provider has expanded to more homes, she is rarely seen any more; understandable but a little disheartening.
