I thought my son had good care at North Auburn, and I don't have complaints with the staff. They were very good and very friendly to him. The food was good and had a nice variety with a choice of three juices, hot chocolate, or coffee while waiting for the meals. He was in a shared room that they did a good job keeping it and the room him clean.

Do not ever put your loved one here. This place is filthy, never communicates or calls back the patients POA. The staff are rude, social services is a joke. They actually took two payments from us after my loved one was discharged from their facility and I had to call APS because of it.

My friend has been there for 9 days. They have not cleaned her room the entire time. There were two piles of dirt when she checked in and they are still there. That is the good part. The bad part is the pathetic care she has received. I was there on her second day there and they refused to bring her pain medication because they said she was asleep when they came by. She had to wait another 4 hours after her pain meds were due before they would bring her plain medication. In my opinion, they should shut this place down.
