Don’t return the calls. Unfriendly environment and mean. Give you services that you don’t ask. Don’t discuss with the family member the Care plan or any adherent medications. In-home care person does not come to at time or not show. The communication with the team is awful, never contact you and when day call you they are rude and unfriendly.

So much promise yet failure to execute as well as they could. Great care model for HCBS. It felt like a Medicaid nursing home of days gone by. Curb appeal and interior need a major overhaul. Staff seemed attentive but robotic. Who monitors the center? Seemed more like a nursing home than a day center. Showers being performed, etc. I think the model for HCBS is a good one but sadly this environment was depressing and too institutional for my mom.

My mom, who is a stroke patient has been coming to PACE since August of 2014. From the beginning, our PACE family has helped us out tremendously with my mom's recovery! She has improved so much with in the past 3 years, with their care. This group not only cares for its participants, it also cares for the caregivers as well! I am truly blessed that there are in our lives!

My dad is attending the center, he has dementia and also water in the brain , enable to walk , or interact with others , my dad ability and cognitive has improved a lot , my neurologist told me that going to the center reduced his cognitive decline and improve his physical . the center interventions are targeting cognitive training, physical activity, social engagement, and nutrition . in addition to that they are very organized , and skilled taking care of everything, wonderful people. they are taking good care care of everyone in the center .

Staff and facility not prepared Or Trained to deal with dementia patients. They are insensitive and uncaring.

InovaCares for Seniors offers an adult day care service under the PACE Program and I have my mother there during the week. They pretty much have everything there. They have breakfast and lunch. They also have activities like exercises, music and crafts. It is similar to a nursing home. What I like best about this provider is that they take care of my mother. They also take care of all the medical needs for their clients. They also have bus transportation. The only bad thing about this provider is that sometimes it takes hours in traffic to get there and back.
