My aunt was here recovering from covid, and doing dialysis. The staff there is friendly, caring and kind. The transport team was on point and so catering . The team work those 2 girls have is amazing and shows alot about a company. The way they were so patient and gentle with my aunt still has me in awe. Who does that? Terah and Sylvia you girls keep on doing what you do and making a difference in the lives of all those around you.

everything about this place is horrible from the ants biting my mother to the staff not taking the time at night to check on their residents. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Both my parents have passed this year, and I blame this place for my mother and all her issues that was caused by the ants. this is not the first time that this has been reported. They say they take care of it no they don't she was put in there because she had covid 3 years ago and I was not asked or talked to about this at all she was just brought to this place from the hospital. she did not have any therapy while there during covid and also, she was laying in poop and pee for i am not sure how long. I AM ANGRY ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE FOR FAMILY TO BE PLEASE CONSIDER A DIFFERENT PLACE. THEY NEGLECTED MY MOTHER AND I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO HER. SIGNED ANGRY

I have a family member that was placed in this facility on Friday, May 19 to get therapy to get her strength up to go back home. Since then she complained about how cold the rooms are cold the lack of interactions with the staff, and no one to do therapy on the weekend. She's also a dialysis patient that takes dialysis 3x a week (MWF) and I just called this morning and spoke to the receptionist to get information the receptionist put me on hold so she can walk over to the area where the nurses are because the phones are not working in that area and ask if my sister went to dialysis yesterday and she told me the nurse said no she will go today. Now my sister usually goes to dialysis every MWF around 5 am now here it is Tuesday morning after 10 am and she still hasn't had dialysis. The recording when you call in states that the facility offers 24hr care 7 days a week.

I would just like to say how sweet Brenda has been from the very beginning of getting my uncle set up in the home and how compassionate she has continued to be! She has made the transition very nice for everyone.

This place is horrible, do not take or leave your loved one here. Care is horrific, my dad had several bad falls resulting in fractures. His clothes were stolen, goodies we dropped off never made it to his room. There are numerous problems with administration as well, if you can even get someone to answer the phones. Very poor care for our elderly.

If you love your family member/friend don't even consider this place. My Mom was forced to go here because the "sister property" rehab sent her here when she became covid positive. The care was subpar. My mother was neglected. My 91 year old mother lost 19 lbs in ten days because the food was not fit for human consumption. She was not allowed out of the bed to walk for 10 days, and we were promised in-room therapy. She lay in her own waste for hours. She was denied water for hours and would call me choking saying they would not bring her water. Thank God my Mother had a cell phone and the wherewithal to use it and would call me almost hourly. I am beyond able to explain how dreadful this place was to her.

My family member is still residing at this nursing home. It was her choice to come here and I wasn't able to talk her out of it--other members got her in there. I have taken care of her for many different times and was not able to anymore. There is hardly a nurse at the station and when you look for them they are never around (cna's always say have to ask a nurse but won't help you find one). Her room is filthy thrash was there for the longest and her food is horribly unappetizing and she won't eat it. She has lost over 100 lbs since being here is not able to get around and getting worse. They won't let us take her to a hospital to have her checked out (they told me they are treating her there). The income she has goes to them except for $90.00 and she was getting alot before so I think if she gets better they will loose all that money. Yes it smells but worse there is nothing for the people to do except sit in there chairs try to get around by themselves (i have not yet seen a nurse help a person in a wheelchair) or wait for someone to go into their room that could hurt them--some people are dangerous here. I regret having her leave our home and guilt ridden--if you want to go here please check it out more carefully and see if there are other options.

My mother was in West Side for her rehab. My mother didn't seem to have any problems with them. They seemed to help her as much as she could be helped. She could use her hands again. It was kind of come and go, but they gave her therapy, and she was able to use it normally. I didn't have any dealing with the staff, but my mother did, and she seemed very satisfied. I liked that they were very helpful with my mom, and they were always pleasant to me and also very helpful. Any question I had, they answered, and anything I needed, they provided. They were just really good to my mom.

My mom is given sufficient care at West Side Campus of Care. The staff is professional and friendly. However, it is not clean and it's smelly most of the time.
