Ignite Medical Resort - Webster is a rehab place, and Medicare pays for the first 20 days, but I was there for about 40 days because of the IV antibiotics they were giving me. My room was a hospital room with a hospital bed and a bathroom. Most of the staff were a five. There was one old gal that I would rate a three. She was pushy. It's well kept. Since I have done fixing meals for groups of 100 or so, I was impressed with their meals because I know that as you fix a meal for lots of people, eventually everything tastes the same. They serve meals at your bedside. You didn't have any real choices, but their meals were good. Every day, I would spend an hour or more in the rehab facility. They're well worth it.

The management will not answer the phones, texts etc. Case transition mgr sent my husband home without the proper equipment PT requested and would not explain. He's got 2 insurance policies that would pay but they didn't order it.

This is my second stay at Ignite Medical Resort Webster. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. Each resident has their own room. There are outstanding amenities including a salon, luxe cafe and restaurant. The food is excellent. i've enjoyed each meal. The staff are friendly and caring. Nelly was one of my caregivers. She was friendly and professional and did everything possible to make my stay here as comfortable as possible. My only complaints are the internet doesn't stay connected and the tv channel listing is wrong. I am not a nursing home resident but there is no other option. I highly recommend Ignite and staff.

My mother stayed at Ignite Medical Resort Webster in December. We liked the place pretty well. They were attentive to her, and she liked the people. The only issue she had there was that even though they would ask her every morning what she wanted for every meal, she seldom actually got what she asked for, but she didn't want to bring it to anybody's attention. A lot of times, the food was cold by the time it would get to her. The building was very nice and seemed like it was recently remodeled. The rooms were all private, so that was nice. The bathrooms were accessible even to somebody in a wheelchair. They had a nice recliner chair that one of us was allowed to sleep in at night. So, you could have somebody stay with you the whole time you're there. The staff was good. Pretty much any time we would call them, they would come in pretty quickly. We were there right around Christmas, so it was a little bit hard to get hold of people that were in charge of things. I did try once to get hold of somebody that was in charge of the dietary stuff. And I got a recording and nobody ever called me back. I was trying to get hold of a caseworker and they sent me to somebody's voicemail, left a message, didn't hear back, and tried calling somebody else, and her recording said that she was off until the first of the year. The front desk didn't seem to be very good at getting hold of people that were in charge of things. But the nursing staff was good. She had PT and OT while she was there, and those people seemed to be good, too.
