My mom came from a neglectful facility to Lindan Park, and what a Godsend of a difference. Staff welcoming, helpful, attentive and caring. Such a good move. Family can now breathe easier that she is in a place who looks after their residents with compassion. Administration, Rehab, Nursing , and Activities dept have all been great.

my mother was in this Nursing Facility she went to the hospital the first of November and I was told why she was in the hospital that she could not come back to that facility do because her Medicaid had not been approved I have paid for the month of November and they're refusing to give me the money back after they said that she could not come back she went in November 1st and the whole month of November was paid so please do not use this facility the lady and financial name common it's hard to get ahold of her and I need you know anyone to listen to this do not take your family member there

I put my dad in Lindan Park. Everything seems to be nice and clean. My dad likes the food; no complaints. Everything is good. He has a semi-private room. So far, he doesn't have a roommate but he has plenty of room for himself and his La-Z-Boy chair. He's happy there. He likes where he's at. It's close to me so I can be there if he needs something. They call and I can be there in a matter of minutes. We had to talk to the person who was in control of the laundry. He was there for 2 weeks and he wasn't getting his laundry back very fast so we went and talked to that person and now that is fixed. A big one for us was that he's 100% covered in his VA benefit and we were looking for something that was a VA contract. They have entertainment come in but he's not really up on that. He would rather sit in his room than go out and be a part of something. It's what we were looking for.

My mother lived at this place for over two years. I felt she received good care overall and we both appreciated the facility's dedication to bringing in singers and musical groups to entertain the residents. The medical care provided was generally good. The nurses and others try hard to help each patient. The woman in charge of admissions was especialy gracious and made sure all of our questions were answered. The regular care team meetings helped us stay abreast of all of my mom's medical needs and the help provided to her. I ate meals with my mom at this place on several occasions and thought the food was pretty good, especially on weekends. My only negative comment involves some questions about how the charts were kept on one or two occasions. Other than that, I think most older residents will like this place. They really do try to make everyone feel "at home."
