Spring Oaks is smaller and a little less expensive because it's in a smaller town. But the nurse to patient ratio is quite high. The place is not so bright and cheerful or warm. However, the physical therapy department is quite good. The rooms are not bad. It's a little bit basic and plain, but they have nice television.
