"Everything here was very well done. The staff member did a fantastic job. She showed us two or three rooms and showed us one that was furnished, so we could get an idea of what it would look like, and that was an eye opener. There wasn't anything bad about the tour. The staff member was very knowledgeable, knew what she was talking about, and presented everything. Any questions we had, she answered. We didn't taste the food, but they had a little box of cookies for us when we left. They had a library, a beauty shop, a spa, a fitness center, a game room, and an outside court."

"We looked into a few other facilities for my mom until we found this one and fell in love. The staff was very friendly and helpful so much so that she looked forward to her daily visit by her favorite nurse. One of the best things about this place was that allowed her to have her cat. Although she eventually became to sick for this kind of place the expiernce here was better than expected. I am very thankful to the staff and doctors. "

"My dad moved into Lampasas Assisted Living. It's a year old. It's wide open. My daddy can leave when he wants to. It's beautiful and it's less than $4,000 for him. It is clean, wide open, it didn't have those little dirty, narrow halls. It's just a new facility, and it's assisted living. It's not like a care home, it does not have medical staff on campus. They can bring in medical staff, and they have a lot of attendants. The staff is wonderful. They have activities, they have meetings, they have their own board of people who are in the residence, they can plan things and make recommendations. It's a community."

"We have moved my mom to Country Oaks. The staff is very attentive. The residents all seem to be engaged in daily activities. They are alert and conversant. This is a place that has good staff and good facilities available for the residents to remain active. They have a game room where they play games two or three times a week, a sing-along at least once a week, and exercise classes every day. They also have monthly birthday parties and pleasant grounds to walk around. All of the apartments are L-shaped so that the sleeping area can be separated from the living area. They have a small kitchenette. The walk-in closet is right between the bedroom and the bath. It is pretty roomy. We are very impressed with the facility. The food is great. They serve meals every day. Security is good. There are cameras all around, and every after 9 o'clock at night, all the doors are closed. You have to page a security guard to get in. "

"My oldest siser lives at Rosewood in Killeen. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped us with some very serious issues with my sister adjusting to living in an assisted lving community. I feel like this is a very good fit for my sister based on the care she is receiving from the staff. "
