My Mother was a resident there , prior to her death. Her room was spacious with a large closet. The housekeepers kept the area clean and fresh. The food was delicious in ample amounts! The staff worked well together to ensure that Mother’s needs were met. The Director interacted with the residents and their families frequently. There were many, varied activities in which the residents could participate. There were special events in which families were invited. Family input was encouraged. Mother was on Hospice Services; the staffs of both entities worked together to keep her comfortable, for which I will always be grateful. I have recommended Knopp Retirement Center to others, and I will continue to do so.

I knew someone who lived at Knopp Retirement Center, and I was able to visit the facility several times. She was very happy there. They had a domino games going on every night. They encourage the residents to play games together, and she didn’t just stay in her room. The staff was very supportive of that activity. I was not able to try their food, but she was very happy with the food there.
