I fell in love with Kelli the Admissions Director the first day I met her!! And I still am talk to her almost everyday when I go see my mom, you would think we have known each other for years! I felt so comfortable in talking with her that I knew I had found the place I wanted my mom to be long term. The nurses have been great! They got her bed sore healed with in a few weeks of being there, she had it since she was in the hospital over a month before. I am so happy I chose this place for my mom to be long term. I feel they are going to take great care of her. She got moved to her permanent room the other day and I am now starting to get it decorated for her. Kathy Petty

My mother has been a resident here for over two years. She has dementia and does not verbalize her thoughts frequently but I am impressed that the staff from housekeeping to dietary to nursing and administration treat her so kindly. I have even seen members of the grounds keeping team stop and wave at her while they are working. The staff all speak to her and look out after her. Most of the residents know her and speak to her. Her medical needs have always been addressed promptly. Placing my mother in long term care was one of the hardest things I have done in my life but after seeing how she is taken care of and how nicely she is treated by the staff relieved my mind. The new owners are making great improvements to the facility but for me it is the staff that makes the difference in my mother's care and I am totally satisfied with her treatment. I recommend this facility highly to others who are looking for good home for their loved ones.

Absolutely would return here and recommend it to any one needing therapy. Kat, my evening nurse, and the entire staff on 2-10 were great. Sara in Admissions was also very helpful.

Outstanding staff all the way around. My only complaint is I wish the food had been hotter. A special thank you to Naurita my aide and Sarah from Speech Therapy. The whole team cared about me and made sure I got better. I would recommend Ridgmar to anyone needing there services.

Loved the staff here especially Kat, Latonya, and Lori. Everyone was very welcoming and cared about my recovery. Food was excellent and so was the therapy. I felt so good that I am going home early.
